手作課程注意須知
｜預約與時間
準時抵達：為保有完整的創作體驗，建議於課前 5-10 分鐘抵達，課程將準時開始，遲到者恕不順延時間。
報名生效：請於預約後 3 日內完成匯款，逾期系統將自動釋出名額予候補學員。
｜變更與取消
取消政策：開課前 3 日內（含開課當日）恕不接受取消及退費。
改期規範：若因故無法出席需更換時段，體驗課程僅限移課1次，並依現有課表安排。（期間限定課程不適用移課規範）。
｜課前準備與環境
維護品質：為確保教學品質與空間舒適，課堂僅限學員本人參與，不開放陪同或協作。
穿著建議：建議修剪指甲以便課程操作；工作室提供圍裙，建議穿著耐髒的衣物。
影像記錄：課程中將適時記錄創作過程並分享於社群，若介意請主動告知。
｜陶藝作品燒製說明
工序等待：陶作需經歷陰乾、素燒、上釉、釉燒等多道程序，等待期約 30-40 日。感謝您的耐心，等待一件獨一無二的作品成形。
手作本質：陶瓷受厚度、濕度及窯內變因影響，可能產生微裂、變形或釉色跳色，此為手作器物的自然韻味，不視為瑕疵。
燒窯費用：依作品體積計算，每件長 x 寬 x 高(最低以3公分計算) x 0.15 (小數點四捨五入至整數) 元，現場將告知單件最低起算金額。如作品體積過小，則單件最低費用為20元。
｜蠟雕作品鑄造說明
製作週期：蠟模需經歷鑄造、打磨、拋光等工序，工期約為 2 週。金工師將細心修整每一件作品，確保金屬呈現最細緻的光澤。
鑄造特性：蠟模鑄造成金屬後，會產生約 3-5% 的微幅收縮；金屬表面若有極微小氣孔或自然紋理，屬正常現象。
｜關於作品取件
工作室自取：作品完成通知後，請於一個月內前來領取（營業時間：週二至週日 14:00-20:00）。為響應環保，請自備提袋。
物流寄送：若需寄送（店到店或宅配），運費統一為 $120，請於現場確認並結清。

Workshop Guidelines & Policies
｜ Booking & Attendance
Punctuality: To ensure a complete crafting experience, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your session. Classes will start on time, and session durations cannot be extended for late arrivals.
Booking Confirmation: Please complete your payment within 3 days of booking. If payment is not received, your reservation will be automatically released to the waiting list.
｜ Rescheduling & Cancellations
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and refunds are not accepted within 3 days of the scheduled class (including the day of the class).
Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend and need to reschedule, a one-time session transfer is permitted, subject to current availability. (Please note: This does not apply to limited-time special workshops).
｜ Preparation & Environment
Quality of Environment: To maintain a comfortable and focused teaching environment, the studio is open to registered participants only. We do not allow accompanying guests or collaborators.
Personal Preparation: We recommend trimming your nails for a smoother crafting experience. While aprons are provided, please wear clothing that you don't mind getting a bit messy.
Photography: We may take photos or videos of the creative process to share on our social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us.
｜ Pottery Firing Process
Processing Time: Pottery involves multiple stages, including air-drying, bisque firing, glazing, and glaze firing. The process takes approximately 30-40 days. We appreciate your patience as you wait for your unique piece to be completed.
Handmade Characteristics: Variations in thickness, humidity, and kiln conditions may lead to minor cracks, deformations, or glaze variations. These are natural characters of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects.
Firing Fees: Fees are calculated based on volume:
Length x Width x Height (minimum 3cm per side) x 0.15(rounded to the nearest integer). The minimum firing fee per piece is $20.
｜ Wax Carving & Casting
Production Cycle: The transition from wax to metal involves casting, filing, and polishing, which takes about 2 weeks. Our craftsmen will carefully refine each piece to ensure a fine metallic luster.
Casting Characteristics: The metal casting process results in approximately 3-5% shrinkage. Minor surface pores or natural textures are normal occurrences in the metal casting craft.
｜ Collection & Shipping
Studio Pick-up: Once notified, please collect your work within one month. (Business Hours: Tue–Sun, 14:00–20:00). In our effort to be eco-friendly, please bring your own bag.
Shipping: We offer shipping (Convenience Store pickup or Home Delivery) for a flat rate of NTD$120. Shipping fees must be settled on-site.
